Healthieo terms of use
Last updated: August 25, 2026. This is a short public notice for a private test. It is not a commercial contract and it is not legal advice.
The service
Healthieo is a patient-authorized, read-only connector. You sign in, connect your own health system through MyChart / Epic, and may let a private AI assistant retrieve only the slice of your record needed to answer your question.
Who may use it
- Use it only for your own record, or a record you are legally allowed to access.
- Each person must authorize their own health system. This test is not a family/proxy product.
- This is a private unpublished MVP, not a public medical service.
Your responsibilities
- Keep your Healthieo password to yourself.
- Never give Healthieo your MyChart username or password. MyChart login happens at your health system.
- Review what you Allow on the Epic consent screen.
- Do not use answers as diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care. Talk to a clinician for medical decisions.
What Healthieo may do
After you approve access, Healthieo stores encrypted access and refresh tokens and may request USCDI data such as medications, visits, labs, conditions, and allergies. A private ChatGPT GPT that you sign in to can retrieve those results.
What Healthieo will not do
- Write back to your chart
- Sell health data or use it for advertising
- Collect MyChart passwords
Stopping
You can disconnect a health system in Healthieo, stop using the GPT, or ask the operator to delete your Healthieo account. Epic tokens expire or can be revoked by disconnecting.
