Health Chart Helper
Add your health chart(s) to ChatGPT
Why someone would use it
Most people do not have one chart. They have a hospital here, a specialist there, and years of labs and exams that never sit in the same place. AI is how they already ask hard questions. What they do not have is a way to let that assistant see the records they already have a legal right to — without uploading a PDF into every chat.
They want to talk in normal language and get complicated terms explained. The bigger need is the picture those records make together: labs, exams, visits, and details that usually stay buried. A visit is short. Even a careful doctor cannot reopen every panel and note from the last decade. Things get lost. Health Chart Helper is for the person who wants that context in one conversation.
The case
A person connects each MyChart they allow. Then they add the Health Chart Helper plugin in ChatGPT — the blue heart with a pulse line — and ask. The first answers translate: what this lab means, what that procedure is called in plain language. The useful answers go further: how these results sit next to older ones, what looks stale, what is missing, and what is worth asking the next clinician about.
That is not a diagnosis. It is a way to use the chart they already paid for, across more than one system, without asking a doctor to narrate the entire file in a 15-minute slot.
How it works
Create a Helper account. Connect a listed MyChart and tap Allow — we never see that password. Access is read-only. Add the plugin in ChatGPT, Sign in, and ask. Each person authorizes their own record. One Helper account can hold more than one connection so the assistant can use more than one chart when the question needs it.
